Online stores

An online store that sells to your customers, without entering orders twice

For shops and companies that sell through WhatsApp and social media pages and want an organized sales channel that takes orders and tracks them through to delivery and payment collection.

01

Problems we solve

  • We receive orders in WhatsApp messages and record them by hand, so some get lost.

  • We sell an item online, then discover it is out of stock.

  • Most of our customers pay cash on delivery, and we need a store that works that way.

  • We show prices in more than one currency and update them by hand whenever the exchange rate changes.

02

What the service includes

  • F.01

    Product catalog

Categories and variants for size, color, and weight; photos and descriptions; search and filtering.

  • F.02

    Ordering and payment

A cart and quick checkout, payment on delivery or by bank transfer, and online payment where a suitable gateway is available.

  • F.03

    Prices and currencies

Prices shown in one or more currencies and updated from an exchange rate your team sets, instead of editing each product.

  • F.04

    Orders and delivery

Order statuses from receipt to delivery, assigning orders for delivery, and notifying the customer of every change.

  • F.05

    Connecting to inventory

The store connects to your inventory or business system when needed, so an item that has run out is not offered for sale.

  • F.06

    Store admin panel

Managing products, orders, promotions, and basic reports from one panel. Interfaces in the language your team works in, including full right-to-left Arabic.

03

How it runs

  1. We understand how you sell

We trace your current order path from the first message to delivery and payment collection, and decide what stays and what changes.

  2. We prepare the catalog

We organize the products, categories, variants, and prices, and set the payment and delivery methods you will use.

  3. We build and connect

We build the store and its admin panel, and connect it to your inventory or business system when needed.

  4. We launch and follow up

We test real orders with your team before launch, then follow up on the first orders and adjust whatever is needed.

04

What it looks like in practice

Illustrative example

A clothing shop takes its orders through WhatsApp messages, confirms which sizes are available by calling the warehouse, and collects payment in cash on delivery. We build a store that shows the sizes actually in stock, takes the order and sends it to the delivery team, and records the payment collected on delivery. The shop owner tracks orders and payments from one panel instead of messages.

05

What we need from you to start

  • Your product list with prices and photos, or the file you currently work from
  • The payment and delivery methods you use today
  • Access to your inventory system, if the store will connect to it

06

Support and development after launch

Our work does not end when we hand over the system: we keep track of its day-to-day operation and develop it as your business grows.

  • A post-launch support period to fix bugs and monitor stability, as set out in the contract.
  • Keeping track of performance, backups, and security updates.
  • Regular review sessions to rank improvements and the next modules by your priorities.
  • Training for new users when the team grows or branches are added.

Common questions

Technologies we work with

  • Vue.js
  • Redis
  • Does the store accept payment on delivery?

Yes. The order is recorded as payable on delivery, and the delivery team confirms in the admin panel that the payment was collected.

  • Can we add products and change prices ourselves?

Yes. You manage products, prices, and promotions from the admin panel, and we train your team to use it before launch.

  • Do we stop selling through WhatsApp once the store launches?

Not necessarily. WhatsApp can remain a channel for communication, and orders from it are directed to the store so they’re recorded and tracked in one place.
