SaaS platforms
One platform that serves all your customers, each with their own data and permissions
For companies and entrepreneurs who want to offer their software to multiple customers by subscription, or to turn an internal system that has proven useful into a platform that serves other companies.
01
Problems we solve
We have a system we use internally, and we want to offer it to other companies by subscription.
We set up a separate copy for each customer, and updating all the copies has become a burden.
We need to manage subscriptions and invoices, and some of our customers pay in cash or by bank transfer.
We worry that one customer could see another customer’s data.
02
What the service includes
- F.01
Separate accounts for each customer
A multi-tenant architecture that keeps each customer’s data, settings, and users separate within one platform.
- F.02
Subscriptions and plans
Plans, trial periods, and usage limits, with recurring invoices and a record of payments made online, in cash, or by bank transfer.
- F.03
Platform admin panel
A panel where your team sees customers, their subscriptions, and payment status, and can activate and suspend accounts.
- F.04
Self-service sign-up and onboarding
Customers create their account, add their team, and set up their basic data without manual intervention from your team.
- F.05
One update for everyone
Every update reaches all customers at the same time, so copies do not multiply or drift apart.
- F.06
Settings for each customer
Interface language, billing currency, and time zone for each account, with interfaces that work in Arabic and English.
03
How it runs
We define the platform model
We agree on your target customers, what each subscription includes, and how billing and payment collection work.
We design the architecture and permissions
We define how customer data is kept separate, the roles within each account, and the limits of each plan.
We build the core first
We launch the essential features with early customers and gather their feedback before expanding.
We launch and keep developing the platform
We open sign-ups, monitor performance and usage, and plan the next releases based on what customers ask for.
04
What it looks like in practice
Illustrative example
A company has built its own booking management system, and companies in the same sector have started asking to use it. We turn the system into a platform that serves each company through a separate account and a subscription plan, and records online and cash payments together. The company’s team tracks subscriptions from one panel, and every update reaches all customers at the same time.
05
What we need from you to start
- A description of your target customers and what they pay for
- Your current system or prototype, if there is one
- A decision on your first subscription plans and the payment methods you accept
06
Support and development after launch
Our work does not end when we hand over the system: we keep track of its day-to-day operation and develop it as your business grows.
- A post-launch support period to fix bugs and monitor stability, as set out in the contract.
- Keeping track of performance, backups, and security updates.
- Regular review sessions to rank improvements and the next modules by your priorities.
- Training for new users when the team grows or branches are added.
07
Common questions
Technologies we work with
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Docker
How is each customer’s data kept separate from the others?
We choose the separation method at the design stage, based on the data’s sensitivity and volume: a shared database with logical separation for each customer, or a separate database for each customer. We test the separation before launch.
What if no online payment gateway is available in our customers’ country?
The platform records cash payments and bank transfers alongside online payments, so each subscription and its invoice stay in one place, whatever the payment method.
Do we need every feature before launch?
No. We launch the core your customers pay for, then add features based on early customers’ usage and feedback.
What is the difference between this service and ITS products?
In this service, we build a platform for your business that you offer to your customers under your own name. ITS products, by contrast, are software that ITS owns and develops.
