About ITS

  • What does ITS offer?

We analyze how an organization works, then design and build the business systems, apps, and platforms that fit it. We connect them to its existing systems and keep working with it after launch.

  • Where is ITS based, and which markets do you work with?

We are based in Bursa, Türkiye, and we focus our work on the markets of Türkiye, Syria, and the Gulf countries.

  • Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. We divide the project into stages that suit the organization’s size and budget, and it can start with a single, limited stage.

  • I am not sure which service I need. Where do I start?

In the contact form, choose the topic “Consulting and analysis before you start” and tell us how you work. We will then suggest the right service or combination of services. The starting point may be the “Business analysis and product consulting” service on its own.

Systems and technology

  • Why a custom system instead of an off-the-shelf one?

Because a custom system is built around your procedures, your business rules, your team’s roles, and your reports, and it is implemented module by module, so you do not have to change the way you work to fit the system.

  • What languages are the system interfaces in?

Interfaces in the language your team works in, including full right-to-left Arabic. Right-to-left support covers alignment, tables, forms, and printed reports. Each user chooses the language of their interface.

  • Do the systems support more than one currency?

Yes, when your business needs it: every transaction is recorded with its currency and its exchange rate at the time it is made, and reports are shown in the base currency you choose.

  • Do the systems work when the internet is down?

Yes, when your business needs it: we design the system to keep working when the connection is weak or lost, and then to sync the data automatically once the connection returns.

  • What technologies do you use?

We choose the technology based on what the project needs. The main ones we work with include .NET for backend systems and Flutter for mobile apps.

  • Can the new system be connected to our existing systems?

Yes, as long as your systems allow it: through APIs, database access, or periodic file exchanges, so data moves between them without being re-entered by hand.

  • Where is the system hosted?

We suggest the hosting option that suits the system’s size and where its users are. It can also run on your own servers.

  • What do you build with AI?

Features inside business systems that cut down repetitive work, such as extracting data from documents, searching an organization’s documents, and classifying and routing requests, with human review of the output.

Projects and contracts

  • How long does a project take?

It depends on the project’s scope. After the discovery session, we divide the work into stages and set each stage’s deliverable and estimated duration, and you review them with us before we start.

  • How do you calculate the cost of a project?

We estimate the cost after breaking the scope down into modules and tasks, and we itemize analysis, design, development, testing, and support in the estimate, so you know what each part includes before we start.

  • What if our needs change during the project?

We document each change in a change request and explain its impact on time and cost. We do not carry it out until you approve it in writing.

  • How do payments work?

We tie payments to the project’s stages: an advance payment at the start, then a payment when each stage is accepted, based on acceptance criteria we agree on in advance.

  • Who owns the code and the data after handover?

Your data is always yours. Ownership of the custom system’s source code transfers to you at handover, as set out in the contract, along with the documentation needed to run and develop the system.

  • Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement before we share the details of our business?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before the discovery session if you request it, and in all cases we treat the procedures and data you share with us as confidential.

Post-launch support

  • What happens after launch?

We stay with you after launch for a support period defined in the contract: we fix bugs, monitor performance, and plan improvements and the next modules with you, according to your priorities.

  • Do you train our team to use the system?

Yes. Training is part of the launch stage, and we provide a short user guide for each role in the system.

  • Can new modules be added later?

Yes. We build systems from modules that can be extended, so you can add what you need when you need it.

Hiring and internships

  • Do you have any open roles right now?

We announce roles on the “Join us” page when they open. If you can’t find an open role, you can send a general application, and we will come back to it when an opportunity that fits your experience comes up.

  • Do you offer internship programs?

We open internship programs in cohorts when our projects allow it, and we announce each cohort, with its dates and conditions, on the “Join us” page. Register your interest so we can contact you when a new cohort opens.

  • How does the selection process work?

The selection process usually has four stages: we review your application, get to know you in a short interview, ask you to do a practical task close to our day-to-day work, and then let you know the decision and the next step.

  • Is remote work available?

It depends on the role, and we state it in each role’s details when we announce it.
