Digital transformation for businesses
Your daily work in one system, instead of paper, spreadsheets, and chats
For organizations and shops that manage their orders, inventory, and accounts on paper, in Excel spreadsheets, or through WhatsApp chats, and want to move to one system without their work stopping during the move.
01
Problems we solve
We record orders on paper and then copy them into Excel, so some details get lost between the two steps.
Orders and approvals reach us over WhatsApp, and we do not know where each order stands.
Each branch keeps its own ledgers, so we only see inventory and cash at the end of the month.
We worry that work will stop if the internet or the power goes out after we move to a system.
02
What the service includes
- F.01
Analyzing the work as it actually happens
We follow your team through its working day and document the procedures, forms, exceptions, and business rules before any technical decision.
- F.02
A transition in stages
We rank the processes by their impact and move them over one process at a time, so work continues during the transition.
- F.03
A system that fits real operating conditions
Right-to-left Arabic interfaces, working offline with syncing afterward, and multiple currencies and branches when needed.
- F.04
Migrating existing data
We migrate the data from ledgers and Excel spreadsheets after cleaning and reconciling it, so your team starts from data it knows.
- F.05
Team training and support in early operation
We train each role on what applies to it, and stay with you through the start of operation to deal with whatever comes up in real work.
- F.06
An example from our products
GoldTag, our desktop application for gold shops, applies this approach to a non-digital work environment: designing and printing labels, reading barcodes, and stocktaking.
03
How it runs
We understand the work
We sit with the people who do the work every day and collect the papers, spreadsheets, and messages your processes run on.
We analyze and prioritize
We document the procedures and business rules, and decide which processes move first and what data they need.
We move one process at a time
We build each process in the system and migrate its data, and your team works with it before we move on to the next one.
We stabilize day-to-day operation
We train the team, review actual use, and adjust what is needed until the system becomes the reference for daily work.
04
What it looks like in practice
Illustrative example
A shop with several branches records its sales in ledgers, tracks shortages through WhatsApp chats, and pulls its accounts together in Excel at the end of every week. We start by documenting how it works, then move sales and inventory into one system that works in every branch even when the internet is down, and syncs the data when the connection is back. The shop owner sees each branch’s inventory and cash in one place, without waiting for the end of the week.
05
What we need from you to start
- Someone on your team who knows the daily operations and follows each stage with us
- Samples of the papers, spreadsheets, and messages you work with today
- Time with the people who do the work in your branches or departments, to follow a real working day
06
Support and development after launch
Our work does not end when we hand over the system: we keep track of its day-to-day operation and develop it as your business grows.
- A post-launch support period to fix bugs and monitor stability, as set out in the contract.
- Keeping track of performance, backups, and security updates.
- Regular review sessions to rank improvements and the next modules by your priorities.
- Training for new users when the team grows or branches are added.
07
Common questions
Technologies we work with
- .NET
- PostgreSQL
- SQLite
- Progressive Web Apps
Where do we start if all our processes are manual?
With an analysis of how you work, then with the process whose delays or lost data have the biggest impact. We move that one first, and the other processes carry on as they are until their turn comes.
How is this service different from custom ERP systems?
Here we move manual work into a system, which may be a system for a single process or a single shop. An ERP system brings several departments together on one set of data, and it may be a later step after this move.
What happens when the internet or the power goes out?
We design the core processes to work offline when your business requires it, and the data syncs when the connection returns, following agreed rules for resolving any conflict.
What about our existing data in ledgers and Excel spreadsheets?
We migrate it into the system after cleaning it and reconciling it with your team, and we decide with you what’s migrated in full and where opening balances are enough.
