REYHAN Kuruyemiş

An online store for the Reyhan roastery in Istanbul: nuts, seeds, dried fruit, Turkish delight, Belgian chocolate, and Reyhan coffee, in the weights and flavors the customer chooses.

REYHAN Kuruyemiş

01

The challenge

The roastery sells many products by weight, from nuts, seeds, and dried fruit to Turkish delight, chocolate, and coffee, and many of them come in more than one weight and flavor, each at its own price.

It needed a store that shows the full range with its prices and lets customers choose what they want and order it from their phone.

02

What we built

We built an online store in Arabic that presents the roastery’s products by category: nuts, seeds, dried fruit and dates, Turkish delight, Belgian chocolate, coffee, and hospitality assortments and gifts. Each product has its weight and flavor options, with a price in Turkish lira that changes with the option.

Customers add products to the cart or to their wishlist, compare them, and create an account to follow their orders, while the roastery’s team manages products, prices, and orders from the admin panel.

Modules

  • Product catalog by category
  • Weight and flavor options
  • Cart
  • Wishlist and comparison
  • Customer accounts

03

How we worked

  1. Understanding the sales process

Reviewing how orders were received and prepared at the time, and what customers asked about before buying.

  2. Organizing the catalog

Defining each product’s data and options, and the pricing rules by weight and flavor.

  3. Building the store

Designing the store mobile-first and connecting it to the admin panel for orders and available quantities.

  4. Launch and improvement

Testing the full order cycle with the roastery team before launch, then making improvements based on the first orders.

04

The outcome

Customers now see the full range with its weights, flavors, and prices, and order what they want directly from the store.
